Gryph Frontier Shipping Policy

 

1. Shipping Cost:

Our packages are delivered from China to your designated delivery location using international shipping service providers. Your shipping cost is generally determined by your delivery location, weight, and size of the package(s). We currently use China Post, FedEx, DHL, UPS or other shipping channels as appropriate to ship your package(s). Please be aware and acknowledge that we retain the right to choose the most suitable shipping company not specified in this Shipping Policy to fulfil your order.

 

2. Shipping:

The estimated shipping time of your purchase will be displayed on the confirmation page of our Website at the point of sale. Please input your delivery address in English. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of your shipping address. Save for pre-sale items, Orders will be processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends or public holidays in the People's Republic of China or Singapore) after you have received your order confirmation email and stock is available. Orders for pre-sale items will be shipped within 15 business days after the pre-sale items arrive at our warehouse. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by way of email. You will receive a notification by email once your order starts shipping.

 

3. Multiple Shipments:

Due to restrictions on package weight and size, we might have to split your shipment into several packages with corresponding tracking numbers. In this situation, you may receive these packages at different times. Please check the tracking number assigned to each package and feel free to email us at the specified contact details below if you have any concerns about your delivery.

 

4. Late Delivery:

In the event of unforeseen events, including but not limited to uncontrollable factors such as war, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, and any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party, there could be ongoing delays throughout the international logistic system, which may affect the performance of this agreement.

It is understood that this force majeure clause is intended to address circumstances beyond the control of the parties that could disrupt the international logistics system and affect the performance of this agreement. Please check your tracking number to stay updated on the status of your delivery. You can also check your country/region’s postal service website for updates.

 

5. Package Return:

Your package(s) may be returned to our warehouse due to customs checks, refusal to pay customs fees, wrong delivery address, missing the delivery, unclaimed package(s), refusal to accept, or for any other reason. After the package(s) are returned to our warehouse, we will contact you by email. Please be aware that orders cannot be cancelled directly. Refunds will be processed only after mutual agreement and communication with you. If we do not receive a response after contacting you for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and deduct the relevant shipping charges.

Please note that we will not be responsible for shipping costs for package(s) returned to us due to your refusal to cooperate with customs clearance, refusal to pay customs fees, incorrect shipping address, missed delivery, unclaimed delivery by you, refusal to take delivery, or for any other reason attributable to you. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to items that have been returned to us for any of the foregoing reasons.

You will not be liable for shipping costs for package(s) returned due to refusal of entry by import customs inspection, failure to pass security checkpoint inspection, or other customs-related restrictions that are not wholly attributable to you, and you will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to items that have been returned to us for any of the foregoing reasons. In the event we are unable to fulfil your order due to customs import restrictions not attributable to you, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will provide you with a refund.

If a package is returned more than once due to refusal to cooperate with customs clearance, payment of customs fees, wrong delivery address, failure to collect the delivery, unclaimed package(s), refusal to accept the package(s), or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel orders which are suspected of fraud or abuse and may withhold shipping fees or deduct from the product cost, and in severe cases, retain the right to pursue legal action and seek related compensation.

 

6. Missing and Delayed Package(s):

For any matters relating to missing package(s), please direct all communication to the relevant third-party shipping company.

If package(s) are delayed beyond the estimated shipping period provided to you, please email us at the specified contact details below with your name and order number, and we will assist you. Please note that you shall contact us within 45 days after shipping, otherwise we will not provide assistance to you. You may also contact the relevant third-party shipping company for any package delays.

We are unable to compensate you for package(s) marked “Delivered” by the shipping company, but which have not been received by recipients.

We will not be responsible for the missing package(s) due to refusal to pay customs fees, wrong delivery address, missing the delivery, unclaimed package(s), refusal to accept, or any other reason attributed to recipients themselves.

 

7. Customs, Tax, and Duty Fees:

International package(s) may be subject to additional customs, tax, and duty fees applied to them by your local customs. These additional fees can be applied by customs agents after reviewing the items in the package(s). You remain responsible for any additional fees imposed by your local customs. Please contact your local customs for more information on how customs fees work. We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs or by the shipping company in relation to any tax and duty fees payable. Under the circumstances that you are asked to pay duties and taxes, you may have the choice to either pay or ask for a refund of your order. The ordered item(s) will be returned to us if you ask for a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, shipping fees charged by the shipping company are not refundable.

Any capitalised term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Website Terms and Conditions.
