Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost typically depends on your delivery location, the weight, and the size of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot predict this for you. However, once you've provided your location and selected the items you wish to purchase during checkout, the system will automatically update the shipping cost for you. Due to unpredictable changes in international flight regulations, the list of deliverable countries/regions may change from time to time. In such cases, our customer service will notify you, and your order will be canceled with a full refund.

For orders shipped to Brazil, international shipping requires the recipient's CPF/CNPJ/NPWP. Please indicate your CPF/CNPJ/NPWP number in the additional information box on the checkout page.
For orders shipped to Indonesia, international shipping requires the recipient's CPF/CNPJ/NPWP. Due to platform settings, please email us your CPF/CNPJ/NPWP number. Thank you for your understanding.
All orders shipped to the European Union will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and EU customers will receive email notifications from customs or the shipping carrier. Therefore, please ensure that the email associated with your account is a frequently used one to promptly receive the latest order updates.
Some countries' shipping carriers have implemented contactless delivery, requiring customers to pick up packages in person from the post office. You can use your tracking number to check your logistics information and promptly contact the local post office for collection.
