Q: What's inside the physical gift box?
A: The box includes: Record of Adventures (Acrylic disc), Sticker Set (PVC, adhesive), Acrylic Diorama Standee, Concept Art Book (Paper), Pomu Squishy (TPR), Goodiebot Magnet (PVC, magnet), POPUCOM Steam CD Key (Standard Edition).
Q: What's the CD Key included in the gift box? Is it different from the digital version available online?
A: The CD Key included in the gift box can be activated on Steam for the Standard Edition of POPUCOM. It's the same as the digital version sold online, and once activated, you can enjoy the full game, including online co-op.
Q: What language are the physical products in?
A: All POPUCOM physical products from the Gryphline Store, including the art book, are in English only. The game itself remains fully localized in 11 languages.
Q: When will my order ship after payment? Can I play at release?
A: Orders will be shipped within 5 days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary by country and shipping carrier — please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate updates. The CD Key is a physical item included in the gift box. You can check inside the package when it arrives.

Q: Will the physical gift box be restocked later?
A: This product is offered in limited supply and will not be restocked once sold out. However, in case of order cancellations or refunds, any available stock may be relisted later.
Q: What are the CD Key redemption rules?
A:
1. The CD Key, included in the gift box from the Gryphline Store, can only be activated on Steam for the Standard Edition of POPUCOM. Paid DLC is not included.
2. Be sure to log into the Steam Store before activation. The game can only be redeemed once per Steam account. Activation may fail if your account is restricted or already owns the game.
3. Please double-check your Steam account before activating. The CD Key is valid for one-time use only.
